Be fully taken care of and remember what it's like to enjoy, just as much as exist beyond constant output.
Enjoy good food, good people, and grounding adventure with our travel yoga retreats.
Spaces that feel grounded, candid, welcoming, and low-pressure. No forced vulnerability. Just thoughtful humans wanting to rest, move, laugh, and feel more like themselves again.
The movement practices are rooted in curiosity, anatomy, recovery, and nervous-system awareness, not pushing harder, performing flexibility, or trying to become the “best” person in the room.
A space to step out of constant output, monitoring, and reconnect to yourself without needing to optimize the experience or worry about anyone or anything else.
I teach from the nervous system out. Embodied movement, and yoga that meets your actual energy: no performing, no pushing through (jet lag, too).
Together we'll go on adventures, rest, and of course, do all the yoga tailored to you.
“Everything was smooth and organized. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time.”

Travel Yogi runs the logistics end-to-end—accommodations, transfers, itinerary structure, and payment options—so you can say yes without managing details (especially solo).
They’re highly responsive, so flight/packing/logistics questions get a clear answer fast.
These retreats are designed to feel grounding, spacious, and supportive — not like a week-long exercise in becoming a completely different person. There’s space for rest, movement, connection, quiet, and just existing without needing to constantly process or perform.
Travel Yogi offers payment options! This trip has a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. After booking, you can pay any amount, anytime via your invoice until the final due date. Book within 91 days of departure: pay in full at booking.
In the current world, that is so understandable. Cancel 91+ days out: refund minus deposit. Cancel within 90 days: non-refundable. Full terms are shown before you pay.
Same. The schedule is designed to feel supportive without being overwhelming. There’s enough structure to help you feel held while still leaving room to rest, wander, nap, journal, stare at the ocean, or do absolutely nothing for a while.
A lot of people come solo. The spaces are intentionally welcoming, low-pressure, and community-oriented without forcing intimacy or weird icebreaker energy. You can participate as much or as little as you want.
You do not need to be the bendiest or most experienced person in the room. Classes are designed around adaptability, nervous-system awareness, curiosity, and supporting real bodies instead of performance.
